I may be too lazy to cut out all of the states.  I think this is so adorable, that I may turn into a super star and give it a whirl.  Framed for the 4th of July? Adorable!

Update-Instead of cutting out millions of tiny states, look at this fab paper!  Cut it out and mount the map on blue paper, so it looks like this!
