We LOVE this recipe! It always hits the spot when we have a sweet tooth. We also eat it for breakfast. IYou place banana halves in a bowl with cut sides facing inward. Spread peanut butter evenly over the open bananas. Spoon the yogurt in the middle and top with 2 tablespoons of crunchy low-fat cereal, such as granola or Grape-Nuts.
Per serving it has 294 calories, 8 g of protein, 7 g fat, 5 g fiber
