Double Tiered Easter Treat Stand!

I was at Target today and saw a double tiered treat stand with these exact plates for 16.99!  The individual plates were only 2.49, and 2.99.  I thought I could make one myself and it would be just as cute, and much less expensive.  I always have a supply of glass candlesticks on hand from Dollar Tree.  I spray painted one aqua and glued them to my plates with gorilla glue.  I put a couple of heavy books on top and let it dry.  I am really happy with how it turned out!  Maybe I will make treats from this book to put on it!!  It's now on my birthday list!

Cute as always. What exactly is the aqua color of paint you're using? I love it. Anything aqua, actually. I might just try this little project.

Oh, that is so cute, Jori! I like how you think. :-) And you picked some very cute plates for this project. They are adorable.

I'm going through the PS roll call, but I saw on my blog that you had signed up to follow. I'm not sure why, but it isn't showing up. For some reason I'm having trouble seeing any new bloggers this week. Not sure why. Am I showing up on your blog roll? I didn't see it on the profile page. If you don't mind, please check and let me know. Thanks so much!

Happy Pink Saturday to you...

XO,

Sheila :-)

Jori, it worked! I am in, too. I can't figure out what is going on with blogger. I've had about five or more people tell me they were onboard, but it just wasnt' going through. Blogger makes me wild at times. LOL!

Thanks for trying again. I can see you now. YEA! Hope you can see me!

XO,

Sheila :-)

Love your blog name. This is so cute and I am going to do it for our Spring brunch next weekend. I made the desserts today but wasn't sure how I was going to display them. Now I do. Thank you so much for the inspiration. xo
