Christmas Alphabet Advent Calendar

My genius friend Angie, came up with this fun advent calendar idea.  I decided to make my own. It was SO much fun gathering items for it.  I hit Michaels,Hobby Lobby, and Thrift Stores. We even found some fun items on etsy.

This is how my calendar turned out:

U-Underwear (Santa's long red underwear) they didn't arrive in time for Christmas so I will have them next year

Y/Z Yukon Cornelious and nothing for z, I will figure something out for next time.

Junky Wooden Letters

I have been scrounging letters from thrift stores for a while now, so that I could make the wonderland sign from the Farm Chicks book. I went to Michaels today and picked up the letters I was missing and painted them all up. In the first picture I didn't have the O down, and in the second picture the D was still wet, I painted it white.

 Here is the finished product!!
